A Brief History
Joe and Joy Longo have long since recognised the need to provide a quality, custom designed retirement village that focuses its attention on creating an atmosphere where retirees can integrate their social needs as well as maintain a sense of privacy in a safe, intimate environment.
With over two decades of experience in care for seniors, the Longo family has worked hard to create a village that directly reflects the needs of retirees at a stage in their lives where comfort, a sense of place and belonging are paramount. Kensington Retirement Village encompasses these core values in addition to offering its residents a broad range of facilities which allows for social interaction in a number of different forums.
Kensington Retirement Village aims to see its residents just as thrilled to be heading off on another adventure as they are to return home to their network of friends and community who they know, trust and value. Kensington delights in knowing that the little giggles of visiting grandchildren will mix in with the cackles of pleasure coming from the bowling green or the croquet lawn.
Residents will feel a great sense of connectedness to their surrounding environment at Kensington. Friendships will be fostered, a sense of community will be gained, and an undeniable feeling of contentment will remain a constant - they are the cornerstones of a successful and fulfilling retirement.
